If you already have a 4-Way wiring connector on your 2001 Toyota Tundra then you just need the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 and the Wiring Adapter # HA81789-HBC to install your father's Hayes Syncronizer Trailer Brake Controller # HA81725. Even though it is a bit smaller than your 5th wheel hitch we have had a number of customers use it to cover the majority of their 5th wheel hitch (see pictures on product page). I was able to reach out to my contact at Lippert, who was able to provide me with the specs of your NV 155773 axle, however it doesn't look like the bearings that were on this hub and spindle configuration are the same ones for the inner and outer bearing.

We currently carry the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220 which is a 1/4" female NPT inlet, 3/8 female NPT outlet, 2 stage propane regulator. In stage 2 this regulator will reduce pressure to 11" W.C to allow for safe gas flow to your appliances. Be sure to use teflon tape like # A05-0265 to properly seal your NPT fittings.

I have a solution for you, but there's not a ball mount with exactly a 1-1/2" drop. The goal is to tow your trailer as level as possible, so using a ball mount like the one that comes in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989891 that comes with a 2" drop would work just fine. We have wiring kits available that will not require you to cut off the 4-Way connector. The kit is part # ETBC7. You will use the included bracket and mount the 7-Way somewhere near the hitch. It has a connector for the 4-Way on the vehicle to connect to. From there, you will have to connect 4 wire leads.
